ABOUT YOUR BOOKING
1. All appointments are subject to availability.
2. By booking an appointment with Shaun Colclough you are subject to the full terms and conditions herin.
3. Photo shoot experiences are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
4. Photo shoot experiences are only valid on Saturdays and Sundays.
5. Once an appointment has been booked it cannot be cancelled for refund, however your appointment can be rearranged for another date.
6. If you need to change your appointment please contact the studio through the Contact Form on the website. Appointments can be changed free of charge within 7 days of receiving confirmation of your initial booking. After 7 days of receiving confirmation of your booking, changes are subject to a £20 per appointment administration fee. If your appointment is within the next 7 days, changes are subject to a £35 per appointment administration fee.
7. You are responsible to show up on the date and time agreed.
8. If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your appointment time you will have to pay a £25 late fee. If you arrive more than 40 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment can no longer be guaranteed. Shaun Colclough has the right to cancel the appointment altogether. A no show fee would apply in the event of a cancellation.
9. If you fail to attend your appointment, a no show charge of £55 will apply for each appointment.
10. Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
11. You are required to bring photo Id to confirm your age. Failure to do so could result in appointment being cancelled.
12. Shaun Colclough reserves the right to deny or reduce sessions if he or staff feels that a client's behavior may compromise the experience for other clients.
13. Shaun Colclough has the right to refuse to photography clients requests.
14. You are only permitted to bring 1 guest with you into the studio.
15. No private photographs are allowed to be taken within the confounds of the studio via personal cameras or phones.
16. You must provide your own changes of clothes and accessories for the Photo Shoot.
17. The studio is not responsible for any objects ( clothes, jewellery, etc ) lost or forgotten in the premises.
18. It is your responsibility to inform studio staff of any special care or allergies you may have or need.
19. The studio takes great care over safety procedures to ensure you are not put at any risk. In case of an accident the studio will not be held liable for it.
20. Images from your Photo Shoot will be uploaded to a temporary webpage for you to view.
21. Your choice of images for editing must be chosen within 30 days of us sending you your temporary web page link. Failure to do so will incur you a £35 re-uploading charge.
22. Your edited images will be uploaded to a temporary webpage for you to download or you will receive a cd via Royal mail 1st class recorded delivery. You will have 30 days to download your edited images before they are removed. Failure to do so will incur you a £50 re-uploading charge.
23. Copyright of the images remains with Shaun Colclough. However you are free to make copies for personal use and/or on a personal website. If an image is to be used for commercial purposes you must first obtain an extended usage license.
24. Shaun Colclough can use any of the images taken for self promotion and advertising.
25. The image satisfaction money back guarantee will become void after you decide on which images you want or after 30 days of us sending you your webpage link to view your images.
26. The image satisfaction guarantee is only valid for the amount of the photo shoot experience. Any additional charges are occurred e.g. Late, re-booking, cancellation, no show fees etc, are not included.
27. The due performance of these terms are subject to cancellation by Shaun Colclough owing to any cause beyond his reasonable control (e.g. sudden illness/injury/victim of crime, flooding).
28. In the unlikely event that Shaun Colclough has to cancel a pre booked Photo shoot experience appointment then arrangement will be made to re schedule the appointment to a more suitable time for both parties.
29. Shaun Colclough reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions at any time.
30. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
31. If any of these terms and conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
32. If you breach these terms and conditions and Shaun Colclough ignores this, Shaun Colclough will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the terms and conditions.
33. Shaun Colclough shall not be liable for any breach of these terms and conditions beyond his reasonable control.
34. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the contract ( rights of third parties ) Act 1999 to enforce any term to these terms and conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that act.
